I JUST READ A ON LINE MAGAZINE ARTICLE REGARDING TOWING OFF ROAD.... IT ADVISED PEOPLE TO DROPPING THEIR 'CARAVAN ' TYRE PRESSURE IN SAND . THIS IS WRONG....ONLY DROP THE TOW TUG TYRES IN SAND . DROP THE ' CARAVAN ' PRESSURE IN CORRAGATED OR STONEY GOING .. .BUT NEVER IN SAND IT WILL MAKE THE CARAVAN MUCH HARDER TO TOW THOUGH THE SAND.. BUT DROPPING THE PRESSURE ON THE TOW TUG WILL HELP IT GET MORE TRACTION .SO KEEP THE CARAVAN TYRE PRESSURE HIGH IN SAND BUT LOWER IT IN STONEY OR CORRGATED GOING .. BE CARFULL ABOUT THESE INTERNET SITES AND MAGAZINES MOST HAVE LITTLE OR NO EXPERENCE IN THE OUT BACK AND LOTS OF THEM HAVE NEVER BEEN CARAVANING AT ALL ..OR YOU MIGHT HAVE A LONGER HOLIDAY IN THE DESERT THEN YOU PLANNED ..
